The Bible, solid foundation to develop faith in GOD

Hello, after widely considering, that the scientific theories of the materialistic non-believers in respect to the creation of the universe, of life and its development on earth, that they are (the theories) absurd and illogical, and that in their effort to negate the existence of a God, that has created all the things, they have said were done by accident, we are now going to pay attention to this God, who is responsible of everything created.. Is it scientific to believe in Him? …Is it reasonable?…Does this God really exist? We have seen that everything created in the universe from the smallest thing to the largest, tells us that there must be a Supreme Being, Almighty, and allknowing, there is no alternative, He has to exist. And his science far superior to all of the scientist as advanced as they might be. The may full of honors and degrees but they are just barely beginning to learn the mos elementary of thing in science in all of its fields. This scientists are toddlers in diapers as far as knowledge is concerned to the creation and that God that made happen.

So, is it more scientific to believe in Him or is it easier to negate Him. But now comes the question, if God exists …Who is He ?… Why can’t we see Him? What happens is that due to his infinite power and greatness, we are unable to see Him with our physical eyes. We will look in to this at a later time. In the two previous themes we could clearly see that t in all the universe and in our planet, we have seen evidence of an amazing knowledge and a higher power than our own knowledge can understand, which makes imperative that we believe in His existence. But He is invisible to our eyes…How do we know when it is Him?…How do we recognize Him?…How do we learn from Him? It is true we can see Him by means of intellect, but… is there another way to see Him? And if there is… which is it? Before we start to answer these questions lets reason this out. The knowledge and power of God is unlimited and this manifests itself as we seen before when we look at the universe and life itself, then, we have to accept there is a God, and not like the scientists say happened, theories that man himself has come up with to justify the thing we do not understand and then say that God does not exist.

This reasoning is unjust, and of course lacking truthfulness, man did not invent GOD. HE is so real, that if HE did not exist the whole universe would be empty and dark. Nothing would exist because HE created everything, the stars are the ones that illuminate the skies, if they did not exist, there would be no light and only darkness would reign in all of the infinite cosmos. Of course there would not be anybody that would be aware of it. God exists, and HE has created all the universe ,and we can rejoice because of it. However there is one thing that is the truth and it is the fact that HE is invisible to our eyes, but consider this, HE is the creator of hundreds of millions of galaxies and each one contains hundreds of millions of stars and many of them much bigger then our own sun, and it is so big that and up to a million planets would fit in it. and we can not see it directly, if we did we would loose our sight. Then.. would it stand to reason that we would be able to see the creator of trillions and trillions of suns? it would not be healthy, it could even be mortal. So, us not having the ability to see GOD is for our own physical health safety. Another reason not to have the ability to look at GOD is that HE is spiritual, and lives in a region very different from ours.

where we live is a physical world and we are physical so we have to be able to observe, feel, touch, smell, taste and hear anything that is matter. However, where HE lives is a different kind of region, we shall call it a “spiritual region” and it is far superior to ours. The Bible mentions the fact that the biggest man that ever existed on earth in the time of JESUS, would be smaller then the smallest kingdom of GOD. [Mat.11:11] But this region is invisible to our eyes and to all of our senses and if this is the way it is we have to have a way to be informed about GOD, and with this in mind HE gave us a book where it tells us, everything we need to know about HIM, this book is known as the BIBLE. The BIBLE, written by many men and in many times in history, always with the spiritual inspiration of GOD. These men were inspired to write about GOD so we would know about HIM and get to know him. HE tells us about history, the present and future of humanity. HE lets us know that HE is the Creator of of everything that exists, and in respect to creation, HIS culmination is the creation of mankind and its development on earth and what the future hold for us. And even though the BIBLE is written by men but inspired by GOD it is correctly known as the WORD OF GOD. The BIBLE is a compendium of 66 books and work of almost 40 men, and as I said before, from different times in history. It cover almost seven thousand years and of these many years almost a thousand are from the future to come. there is no existence nor will there be any existence of any other book in the world, that will have that kind of truthful information and also believable about this GOD.

Of course, books exist that say contain information similar to the BIBLE, but when they, (the other books) are examined without any prejudgment, you can see that they are not believable because they are full of fantasies, or they are not logical, or they are not accurate in their assertions, and they are not reasonable when compared against common sense. There are some cultures and beliefs, that are close to fanaticism, that in their eagerness to defend their faith, do not look or accept logical reasoning and do not use their common sense a to understand or defend in a logical way their beliefs or traditions, and if this beliefs and traditions are subject to tests or exams in a reasonable way, they will not be able to pass, and if they are examined in a scientific way, it would be even harder for them to pass. This traditions or impositions have been transmited through many generations, in a atmosphere that makes easy for them to proliferate on their own, without any foundation or roots and are weak and will not convince anybody that is well informed or has a certain degree of unbiased culture, as they try to explain the why or the reason of their existence. On the other side, the BIBLE contains credible and logical information that in many cases has been confirmed by scientist and in other cases by archaeologist.

This book (the Bible) has been examined, scrutinized, and analyzed by many persons, groups and organizations for more than a thousand years and even through time, It has been hidden, suppressed, and banned, it has maintained itself with the same power that its writing has given it, this without changing the least its mesage or its contents. The BIBLE itself, tells us that GOD inspired different men to participate in the writing of the BIBLE, and they were inspired to write, so we could know everything in respect to the past, the present and the future. I can assure you, that as we begin to learn more about this marvelous book and its contents, we will learn that this book is not the work of mere humans that would be able to invent or write the mesage that it contains from start to finish. We will also learn, that the most elementary purpose of GOD, is to makes us happy, and this purpose will be come reality in the near future. With this in mind HE inspired different men to participate in its writing, in a well arranged and logical way, so it could give us the all the information we need from the beginning.

We will now do a brief summation of the BIBLE, it starts by saying “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” This simple declaration gives us, what many astrophysicists have been trying to explain by means of complicated theories and with even more complicated mathematical numbers that just confuse us, due to the fact they keep changing it or adjusting it due to new discoveries they keep coming up with. What the BIBLE states, has never changed and it has never had to adjust because of new discoveries. The BIBLE does not give us details and it does not specify how long it took GOD to do this. This gives the astrophysicist a license to say how much time it took according to their theories for this to happen, and we cannot contradic them because we don’t know either, However, it (the BIBLE) does say that later HE proceeded to prepare the earth for the arrival of HIS maximum material creation, “mankind”, HE installed them in a Paradise. In the process of the preparation of earth, many more thing were happening and this took time and during this lapses of time which GOD called “days”.

GOD is the creator of millions and millions of galaxies and we have to understand if HE not measured time the same way we would. (according to the rotation of earth around its own axis, and according to the time it takes on its journey around our sun) one of HIS days could have a span of a thousand or seven thousand or much more years, in comparison to ours. But HE does give us detailed information about HIS creation Man and Woman from its creation, what it is should matter to us. The BIBLE tells us that after mankind had exited paradise, its number began to grow and became mean and violent in a way that GOD decided to send a flood that would end all life on earth. HE did spare a man and his family by the name of Noah and HE matched animals in couples, they survived in an Ark that GOD had them build according to his instructions. Then it rained for forty days and forty nights, and when finally dry land was seen and they then saw a rainbow. GOD told Noah that it would be the sign that HE would never again send another flood. Science tell us that the rainbow is formed by light coming through drops of water that are suspended in the air, but they do not know, why it always forms a perfect semicircle be it small or large, We know, that is a signal from GOD, and that is the way it was supposed to be.

As time passed, the population of mankind began to grow once again, and again they became evil, then is when for the first time in history a king came to be with the name of “Nemrod the hunter and in opposition to GOD”, this king had many projects amongst them the project to build a tower that would reach the heavens, during this period in history, only one language was spoken which was given to mankind by GOD, and to prevent nemrod from completing his project, (the tower) GOD created many more languages instantly and gave them to different groups so only a few could understand themselves and make them (the groups), come together and scatter over the world. GOD planned this and that is how it happened. Another thing that science and history does not understand, is when and how, all the different languages and dialects was invented, we know, it was in that time. When all the different groups were extending through the world, they acquired characteristics according to the region where they setted, the reason is that GOD gave as, an extraordinary power of adaptation to the environment (this is very different from the so called evolution) and because of the inherited imperfection, there were changes generally in a negative way amongst the different races. The continued to scatter all over the world and taking with them customs opposite to GOD among this customs the one creating and adoring a false god or more than one to the point of giving them offerings of human sacrifice, be it men women or children, thinking they would be in his favor, that of course includes the ones in America.

Much time had passe since GOD created the many languages and dialects, generations had been doing the wrong thing, bad things, then GOD decided to choose an honest and just man (they were not that many) and HE let be known to him as the Almighty GOD, the man he chose was Abraham, the man that the BIBLE praise this man, for demonstrating great faith in GOD and in HIS promises.

Abraham was promised by GOD that trough his descendants all the nations on earth would benefit, and if we follow the tracks of his family, we will find men like his son Isaac, later Jacob, Judah (from his name derives the word JEW) One of Jacob’s sons named Joseph took his family to Egypt and after his death they were enslaved by the Egyptians for 400 years until another just man by the name of Moses, with the power of GOD, liberated them and after making a deal with GOD in they were to follow HIS rules among them the ten commandments, in exchange for that they would be a special nation to HIM, and HE would shower them with blessings, they would be like a guiding light, a guide, an example for the rest of the world, this did not quite happen.

During the course of the history of this nation that was called Israel, Prophets and judges existed (one of them was Sampson) the people of Israel asked for a King like other nations had them, from them, The most famous were David and Solomon, and they did not keep the promise they had with GOD either. They also turned to the evil ways and even to adoring a false god. And to sacrifice children in altars dedicated to them (false gods) God rejected them as His favored nation and permitted other countries to conquer them, oppress them and to be taken captive and their cities to be destroyed. One of the nations that participated in this was Rome, they were the nation that had Israel under their control, when a historic person came about of which every nation in the world would benefit Jesus Christ, In another theme we will talk about him from his birth. He identified himself as the SON of GOD and he became HIS representative and before dying on the cross as a perfect man, He made another pact, first with the Jews and then with the rest of the world… His promise? - Eternal Life-

This promise might seem like an impossible dream, but it is perfectly possible because GOD himself and Jesus Christ promised it, and THEY do not lie. Those who do not believe are thinking in human expressions only, they do not take in to account that GOD is all powerful and that to HIM nothing is impossible. After giving up his perfect human life as a sacrifice to make amends for our sins (another theme we will discuss at a later date) Jesus Christ was resurrected by GOD who disposed of his body, and before his death occurred, He spoke to his apostles and told them to go out in the world and tell everybody about what Jesus Christ himself had brought, and they did so even at the cost of persecution and their ultimate death, some of the apostle participated in the writings of the BIBLE that we know as the New Testament some of them wrote the four gospels and the initial history of Christianity, others like the apostle Paul, wrote letters to to stimulate and to give advice to give strength to the new spiritual brother and sisters that were initiating themselves as followers of GOD.

This writings culminated with the creation of the last book of the BIBLE commonly known as “The Book of Revelations” in this book the writer used a lot of symbolism that require a lot of knowledge from all the BIBLE they are not sure that all that symbolism has been interpreted correctly, but at the end, is palpable that the persons that are worthy of GOD will receive what was promised, the promise that’s implicitly mention all over the BIBLE from start to finish.

This is in a very condense way GODS message to humanity as it is in the BIBLE. By inspiring different men to write this book, HE gave them the knowledge of the history of mankind from the beginning and also the reasons mankind has suffered through the times. It also tells us what is ahead for us in the future, and these are good news for those that believe in GOD, and that love HIM. This knowledge give us importance to our life and marvelous hope. that science by only believing in what it sees, What science offers us, is a very short life and a life full of problems in a world every moment more and more out of order and dangerous, without any expectations as an individual for the future, and also as a species according to predictions we are going to disappear in the near future because they see different cataclysms that if it happens the way they see it the whole of humanity and the entire planet would be destroyed.

What they now believe more strongly, is that global warming, that man himself has created with the exaggerated consumption of fossil fuel, the growing industry worldwide, and the senseless cutting of trees all over the world, will provoke that in less then a hundred years due to the melting of the immense glaciers that contain great extension of ice will melt and make the levels and the sea rise to the point, that specially in the coasts everything will disappear. But this flood are not the only thing that will happen other consequences will be droughts are another one but we believe in GODS promise that we will Begin to learn as we get more in to learning about this book.and then we will be worthy of being looked upon by GOD.Our future will be bright and we will reject all prediction of the non-believing scientist, so we can have and feel hope we have to cultivate faith.

The BIBLE defines faith in GOD as,”the assurance of things that will come as expected, the evident demonstration of reality’s even though is is not contemplated”. With this thought from the BIBLE, I will end this conversation and in my next themes we will see more reasons, supported by this marvelous book that will with no doubt fortify our faith and with the support of logical and believable foundations able to really have faith that a real GOD does exist and HE is the one that has created all things as many as they may be. and also that HE created us with a purpose although it has not happened as yet but, it will come as told in the last book of the BIBLE. We can also understand why so many bad things have happened in this world, that have hurt and keep hurting humanity across its history, and how GOD will correct all of this and we will see in the future that all the people that are just in the eyes of GOD, are the ones that suffer the most and lament themselves their condition that they are in, but as we will see in our next theme we will know the only GOD based on his written word. till then. salutations
